How to clean the teeth of children
As reported by the Academy of General Dentistry, habits care of teeth begin to develop when the baby is four months, that is, when you stop breastfeeding and start taking porridge and other foods. At that age when the child is born the first tooth, the type of food that is given can affect your dental health throughout life. In fact, it has been determined there is a large correlation between the consumption of sweetened beverages during childhood, and later consumption of foods with high sugar content.
The care of the teeth are more important during childhood
As parents we must be aware of the importance of health of the mouth and teeth of our children. And care should begin as early in pregnancy.
In the feeding of the mother must be present: calcium, phosphorus, protein and vitamins A, C and D. The sooner we worry about the issue, we have fewer headaches in the future.
