Causes of Anemia in Children

Anemia can be caused by many situations:

1 – Iron deficiency is the leading cause of childhood anemia. A diet low in foods rich in iron can cause anemia.

2 – A parasitic disease can also cause intestinal bleeding due to be eaten by worms.

3 – The anemia can also be caused by disease or infection, and urinary, tuberculosis, malaria, tumors, typhoid fever, leukemia, among others.
