The Importance of Breakfast

Imagine for a moment what happens in the body after ten or twelve hours of fasting, need nutrient and energy charge, right? Well, a poor and inadequate breakfast may adversely affect the health of our children, keep in mind that children are growing up, therefore, the many activities held during the day require a varied and balanced diet cover their basic food needs.
Numerous studies have demonstrated the importance of breakfast and its relationship to physical and intellectual performance of children and have come to the conclusion that the absence of glucose hinders the proper functioning of the brain. Also, a good breakfast prevents snacking and meals at odd times, habits unrelated to childhood obesity.What would be the ideal breakfast? Obviously that can not be the same for a grandparent for a teenager to a pregnant woman to an adult activity. See what is the right breakfast for a small child in full swing.
Breakfast for every child must contain, minimally:
* Milk or yogurt, in addition to providing calcium, milk is also a good source of top quality proteins, vitamins A and B1, essential nutrients in the diets of children.
* Bread and cereals: all forms of cereals and bread are sources of energy and provide protein.
* Fruit or fruit juice, fruit all contribute to meeting the needs of the child in terms of iron, liquid and vitamins.
* Other ingredients, but not abuse!: Eggs (rich in protein, iron and vitamin A), cheese (contains calcium and vitamin A), enriched butter or margarine (providing energy and vitamin A), jam or honey (supply of sugar), gelatin (provides protein, minerals and nine of the ten essential amino acids).
